Annual General Meeting 2024

Dear Member

You are hereby being given notice in terms of the Statute of the Malta Mountain Bike Association to the effect that the annual general meeting of the said Association will be held on the 16th of December at a venue yet to be specified.

Please note the following Agenda:

1. Reading and Approval of President's Report

2. Reading and Approval of Secretary's Report

3. Reading and Approval of Treasurer's Report

4. Approval of any corresponding change in statute.

5. Election/re-confirmation of new council and committee members

6. Other matters

Anyone interested to become a member of Council either in the role of President, Secretary or Treasurer or otherwise as a working committee member should send his nomination to secretary Adrian Farrugia on info@maltamountainbike.org.mt at least 5 days prior to the AGM.

Only 2024 paid up members will be eligible to vote in case that nominations are submitted.
