The Malta Mountain Bike Association is calling for its Annual General Meeting to be held on Saturday 10th December 2022.
The meeting will be held at the premises of Mosta Cycling Club and will start at at 14.00 hrs
The agenda of the AGM shall consist of the following items:
1.1.1. Reading of Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting.
1.1.2. Discussion if there is any point/s of Statute that need to be arranged/modified/added.
1.1.3. Address by the President or delegated Official.
1.1.4. Secretary’s Administrative Report.
1.1.5. Treasurers Financial Report based on accounts prepared beforehand
1.1.6. Election of Auditor/s or Council members to verify Financial Report/Accounts
1.1.7. Election of Chairman to administer Elections
1.1.8. Election of new Association Officers and Council Members
Individuals interested to make part of the committee for 2023 are requested to have the below form completed
